New Centrifuged Latex Concentrate Line Commissioned

A new centrifuge line lifts latex concentrate capacity and tightens control over dry rubber content for our 60% DRC grade.

A newly commissioned centrifuged latex concentrate line has come online at the Memot processing facility, expanding capacity for high-consistency latex and giving operators finer control over dry rubber content (DRC).

The line feeds our 60% DRC concentrate — the grade used by glove, thread and adhesive manufacturers who need a stable, low-variance input. Automated monitoring at each stage keeps ammonia levels, DRC and mechanical stability within a tight specification band.

Commissioning included a full run of trial batches and third-party verification before the line entered regular production, ensuring output meets the same standard our customers already rely on.
