About the material
Before it is a grade on a specification sheet, natural rubber is a living crop — tapped, collected and processed by hand long before it ever reaches a factory line.
Every grade in our range begins as latex tapped from Hevea trees across our Memot plantations. Careful clone selection, staggered planting and disciplined replanting keep each block productive for decades, while a controlled, quality-checked path from cup to factory keeps every grade consistent, batch after batch.
How it’s made
Every grade passes through the same five stages before it reaches a customer’s line — the process that turns raw latex into a specification manufacturers can build on.
Step 01
Before sunrise, when latex flow is at its strongest, tappers open a fine, shallow incision in the bark — angled to guide latex into a collection cup without harming the tree’s future yield.
Step 02
Cups are gathered daily. Latex destined for concentrate is stabilised and cooled immediately; the remainder is left to coagulate naturally into field cup lumps ready for the factory.
Step 03
At our own processing lines, raw material is washed, granulated and blended to even out quality, then dried under controlled conditions before it is pressed or drummed.
Step 04
Every batch is lab-tested against recognised international parameters — plasticity, dirt content, ash and volatile matter — before it earns its grade.
Step 05
Approved rubber is pressed into standard bales or drummed as latex concentrate, then packed and shipped with full batch traceability to ports worldwide.
Grade families
Each family serves a different processing need — but all are produced under the same traceable, quality-controlled supply chain, from plantation to port.
Air-dried, smoke-cured sheets visually graded to the international Green Book standard. Prized for tack and strength in tyre and heavy-duty goods.
Block rubber graded to measured technical parameters rather than appearance — the workhorse grade for consistent, high-volume compounding.
Liquid natural rubber concentrated to 60% dry rubber content, ammonia-preserved for dipped goods, gloves, adhesives and foam.
Viscosity-stabilised (CV) and low-viscosity grades engineered for demanding, high-precision applications where processing behaviour must not drift.

Where it goes
Our grades are the raw material behind everyday and high-performance goods across six core industries.
Passenger, truck and off-road tyres, retreading compounds and vehicle rubber components.
Examination and surgical gloves, catheters and dipped medical goods from latex concentrate.
Soles, outsoles and moulded footwear components where grip and durability matter.
Pressure-sensitive adhesives, tapes and sealants formulated from latex and CV grades.
Belts, hoses, gaskets, seals, anti-vibration mounts and heavy-duty moulded goods.
Elastic, balloons, mats, sporting goods and countless everyday rubber products.
Tell us your specification, volume and destination — our team will match a Memot Rubber Plantation grade to your process and send full datasheets and packing options.
